Let us know if the pressure is too much throughout. Schedule the appropriate timeframe to target all problem areas, or multiple sessions. Before every session: hydrate, cleanse your body, stretch. Consider a series of sessions to target multiple problem areas. Available in your home for a 20% mobile service fee Tips are not included
